One Spot Saturation Slideshow

This is the slideshow with my desaturated photos and one or more spots saturated. I'm fairly happy with the results of my photos. I think I did a good job on picking out what I wanted saturated and what to not be saturated.

There is a photo I took with my brother playing frisbee and I had done two copies of those with a little twist in the saturation. The first image shows my brother in color and the corner bit of a tree in yellow. I decided to leave it in color because that was the brightest spot in the photo. The second image shows everything else desaturated but my brother.

I would say the rest of my desaturated photos with one or more spots colored have been pretty successful. Hoped you enjoy so please comment. Criticism is always welcomed. (:

Black and White Photos

This is a slideshow of some of my black and white images. I have a bunch more but I fugured this batch was enough. They may not be the best ones but I like them because they appealed to me.

V I C T O R Y !

The title I chose for this picture is "V-I-C-T-O-R-Y is our battle cry!" and this is Highland Park's 09-10 Homecoming Football team. I took this picture right before the epic game against Central High School, in which we won and got the musket back.

I took this photo kind of off to the side and not full frontal view or back view. All I wanted to capture in the photo were the football players because they were my subjects. It was hard to do because they were moving and I didn't have them strike a pose for me. I think I did a pretty good job with this photo though it may be a bit cliche. And I could not get rid of the date at the bottom right corner of the photo or else the photo would be ruined.
